Downtown Resident Permit Parking

Residents in designated downtown dwellings are eligible to obtain parking permits for City Parking lots. For additional questions, or to apply for or renew your parking permit, please visit the Grand Ledge Police Department at 310 Greenwood Street.

  • Permits are issued annually and are valid for the calendar year, January 1 - December 31 (permits expire midnight December 31)
  • Permits cost $30.00 (no pro-rating permit cost)
  • Permit holders will be assigned a parking lot to use (overflow permit parking is available)
  • Each lot has designated parking areas; including no parking zones where snow is plowed during winter months.
  • Permits should be placed in clear view on the rear-view mirror of vehicles
