2025 CITY OF GRAND LEDGE Demolition and Disposal of a Residential Structure in the City of Grand Ledge: 419 Booth Street
Introduction
The City of Grand Ledge (City) invites the submission of proposals from contractors experienced and licensed to conduct the demolition and disposal of the residential structure, including deck, porch, stairs, and shed/garage located within the city limits. Funding will be provided by the City.
Important Dates
- Release RFP - October 15, 2025
- RFP Due - Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 2:00 PM
- Tentative Bid Award - November 10, 2025
- Contract Signed - November 12, 2025
- Work Substantially Complete - On or before December 31, 2025
- Final Payment/Release of retained funds Approval of Establishment of Turf – no later than May 29, 2025
Submitting
Respondents are responsible for labeling the exterior of the envelope (if mailed or hand delivered) containing the proposal response with the proposal name, “RFP – 2025 Demolition and Disposal of a Residential Structure in the City of Grand Ledge,” proposal due date, and the firm’s name. Late proposals will not be accepted. The proposal due date is: Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 2:00 PM.
Proposals may be mailed or hand-delivered to the address below. Grand Ledge City Hall is open Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Proposals delivered by email will be accepted.
